Introduction
Launchific LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners may notify us about allegedly infringing content available through Repeatica, and how users may respond if they believe content was removed or disabled by mistake.
Repeatica is a personal learning and study tool. Users are responsible for the notes, files, links, recordings, images, shared notes, and other content they create, upload, store, process, or share through the Service.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through Repeatica infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by the notice
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including enough information for us to locate it, such as a Repeatica share URL, page URL, user-provided link, or other specific location
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
If a notice is incomplete, we may ask for additional information before taking action. If a notice is valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, including disabling access to a shared note, public preview, attachment, or other user content.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the action was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our designated copyright agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Launchific LLC may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person's agent
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed or disabled content no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless the original notice sender informs us that it has filed an action seeking a court order against the user.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Launchific LLC maintains a policy for terminating, suspending, or restricting users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. In enforcing this policy, we may consider valid DMCA takedown notices, court findings, user admissions, clear evidence of infringement, or other relevant information. We may also remove content, disable shared links, restrict sharing features, or take other action when necessary to protect rights holders, users, and the Service.
Standard Technical Measures
Launchific LLC will accommodate and will not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, as required by applicable law, to the extent such measures exist and apply to the Service.
Misrepresentations
Please be accurate when submitting DMCA notices or counter-notices. Under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages.
