By accessing or using Repeatica ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Repeatica is a learning platform that provides note-taking, AI-powered content generation, and spaced repetition features. The Service is available on web, iOS, macOS, and Android platforms.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Unlimited Plans
Repeatica offers a free plan with limited features and an Unlimited subscription plan with additional features. The specific features and limitations of each plan are described on our pricing page.
Billing
Unlimited subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added where applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Unlimited features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content
When you use our AI features, you grant us permission to process your content with third-party AI services. The AI-generated summaries and flashcards become part of your User Content.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to create or upload content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious code or harmful content
- Is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Repeatica and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repeatica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repeatica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Repeatica operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
